Hi Oliver,
1) Indeed, we don't need your credit card information for the hotel
reservation anymore. The room reservation is based on mutual trust.
2) OK. I have cc'ed the email to Gaurav. He should know that.
3) If you didn't go through the registration, nothing will be recorded
about your choices or personal information.We should send you later a
confirmation email about your successful registration. If you don't receive
it, that means nothing has been done by you or us.
I hope these will explain. You response is quite helpful for us to find the
problems of our website.
