[Workshop] Extra items for registration form

Dear Allison,

I suggest we have our telecon on Saturday morning (Beijing local time).
That will be the afternoon of the US Pacific time. Qile will not be able to
join. My colleagues will be on business travel on Wednesday and Thursday.
How do you like it?
