[IGSSTATION-8397] NRC100CAN: Current Tracking Issues Resolved- IGSSTATION-8396 message

Dear Colleagues,

The tracking issue for NRC100CAN reported in the IGSSTATION-8396 message has now been resolved.  Data between 07:00ut and 17:00ut on Thursday, February 17 from station NRC100CAN should be treated as suspect and not used.
