[IGSSTATION-8396] NRC100CAN: Current Tracking Issues

Dear Colleagues,

NRC100CAN started experiencing degraded tracking beginning around 07:00utc today, February 17, 2022.  We believe the issue is related to the antenna and we are working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
