[IGSSTATION-8166] Lost 4 days meteo data for NVSK station

Hello all!


Due critical failure our meteorological data logger was down 4 days, this data lost, from 8 March 04-30 UTC to 12 March 10-10 UTC. Now another computer starting his work. GPS data was not affected, uploaded to BKG server.
