[IGSSTATION-8167] CRO1 - New Receiver

Dear Colleagues,

A new Septentrio PolaRx5TR receiver (FW 5.4.0) was installed at CRO1 today at 17:00Z, replacing the Javad Delta TRE_3.  

Data publication has halted as we are currently verifying the data quality.  Please expect an outage of a few days.  We will announce when publication has resumed; all backlogged files will be posted.  An updated site log has been submitted.
