[IGSSTATION-8165] Data flow interruption from all FSW sites: Update

Dear colleagues,

the data flow interruption announced on 04.03.2021 with EUREFMAIL No 10613 and IGSSTATION-8158
will be shifted to 16.04.2021.

Beginning on 16.04.2021 the complete IT infrastructure of the geodetic observatory wettzell will be modernized.
That will interrupt all data coming from and going through Wettzell (FSW).
At least the following EUREF and IGS(only) stations are affected:
AGGO00ARG, BADH00DEU, BUCU00ROU, EUSK00DEU, HOBU00DEU, HOFN00ISL, ISTA00TUR, KLOP00DEU, LHAZ00CHN, NICO00CYP, OHI200ATA, OHI300ATA, ORID00MKD, PTBB00DEU, REYK00ISL, SOFI00BGR, WRLG00DEU, WTZR00DEU, WTZS00DEU, WTZZ00DEU, WTZA00DEU.

Realtime data streams, coming directly from sites outside wettzell, are not affected.
