[IGSSTATION-7179] OHI2, OHI3: site log updates

Dear colleagues,

OHI2:
We have been pointed out, that according to the site log file
the OHI2 receiver is not connected to the H-Maser.
But OHI2 (like OHI3) is connected to the H-Maser Efos 50.
It was done after the H-Maser failure in may 2016, but we missed
to fill out the site log file at that time.

The site log file was corrected and submitted.
Sorry for the inconvenience.


OHI3:
As long as the receiver firmware limits Galileo tracking to 4 satellites
when BeiDou is activated, the BeiDou tracking was deactivated.
An upgrade to a new GR50 will be done as soon as possible.

A new site log file was submitted.
