[IGSSTATION-7178] TUVA: Antenna change [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

The antenna at the site TUVA, which was reported to have failed in [IGSSTATION-7094], has been replaced. Details on the updated antenna can be found in the Geoscience Australia GNSS Site Manager (https://gnss-site-manager.geodesy.ga.gov.au/siteLog/TUVA) or in the log file that has been submitted to the IGS SLM.

As a result of the failure no RINEX data will be made available between August 1, 2017 and November 9, 2017.
