[IGSSTATION-6954] UCLP, HOLP, SNI1, SPK1 receiver firmware updates

Dear Colleagues,

The USGS has recently upgraded the receiver firmware to "4.7 Oct,18,2016 p2” at the following stations:

UCLP, UCLA 
HOLP, Hollydale
SNI1, San Nicolas Island
SPK1, Fire Camp-8

Updated site logs have been submitted to the IGSCB.  These stations are operated and maintained by the USGS.
