[IGSSTATION-6955] New IGS Station: AGGO

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the addition of the following station to the IGS Network:

This station is co-located with VLBI and SLR.  An external Cesium clock is also installed.  This station provides real-time data to BKG and the IGSCB.  RINEX2 data is available from BKG and IGN.  RINEX3 data is available from BKG, IGN, and CDDIS.
