[IGSSTATION-6953] KRGG : Re-submission of rinex2 files doy 025 to 033

There was an unexpected antenna change between 2017-01-25 and 2017-02-02 due to a misunderstanding operation. All the data have been regenerated and resubmitted from doy 025 to doy 033 09:00 UT with correct antenna name.
