[IGSSTATION-6243] HLFX: Antenna Cable Replacement

Dear Colleagues,

On Wednesday, July 22 (203) to Thursday, July 23 (204) station HLFX will have its antenna cable replaced.  There will be a permanent data outage of approximately 36 hours during this time.
