[IGSSTATION-5980] MOIU - receiver replaced

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the Ashtech UZ-12 receiver at the Eldoret, Kenya (MOIU) station was replaced with JAVAD TRE_G3TH DELTA. Data  publication from the new receiver will commence shortly.

The updated site log is available at IGSCB. ftp://ftp.igs.org/pub/station/log/moiu_20140919.log

Maintenance and operations of the MOIU station is a collaborative effort supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the RCMRD
(Regional Centre for Mapping of Resources for Development), with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
