[IGSSTATION-5979] WARK - receiver firmware update

Dear Colleagues,

due to an interruption in the 30s data flow, the TRIMBLE NETR9 receiver 
firmware at IGS station WARK (Warkworth, New Zealand) has been upgraded 
from 4.70 to 4.81.

The site is contributing to the MGEX-pilot project, and Rinex 3.02 data 
upload to MGEX repositories has now been restored.

The updated site log has been posted to IGSCB.
