[IGSSTATION-5981] Invalid headers in 30-sec Rinex files from Norwegian Mapping Authority, DOYs 269-272 2014

Dear all,

A bug in our Rinex software caused generation of 30-second Rinex files with incorrect headers for DOYs 269-272 for all Norwegian Mapping Authority stations. New files are being generated and will be uploaded as soon as possible. 1-second files are not affected.
