[IGSSTATION-5907] KHAR: antenna change

Dear colleagues,

On 08-AUG-2014 08:00 UTC new "NOV702GG        NONE" antenna (s/n 70119) was installed at the KHAR station (Kharkiv, Ukraine).

An updated sitelog was submitted to the IGS CB.

The GPS/GLONASS observations were restarted on 08-AUG-2014 08:08 UTC (DOY 220).

We are grateful to Europromservice company (EPS, Kharkiv) for help in the antenna changing.
