[IGSSTATION-5908] ESCU receiver replaced

ESCU was upgraded to Internet communications today and the Ashtech Micro-Z receiver was replaced with a Trimble NetR8. A updated site log has been submitted to the IGS.

     Date Installed           : 2014-08-08T19:44Z

Although the NetR8 firmware is rather old, we are waiting for a new warranty code to allow us to update it to a more current version in the near future.
