[IGSSTATION-5906] FRDN: antenna switch

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the TPSCR.G3 antenna at NRCan station FRDN failed after a lightning storm on 2014-08-05 at ~23ut.  The antenna was switched on 2014-08-07 with another antenna of the same model.  A new site log has been uploaded to the central bureau and the dataflow will resume as of 2014-08-08 00:00 UT.
