[IGSSTATION-5327] SELE: station down

Dear Colleagues,

The Selezaschita, Kazakstan (SELE) IGS station will be down indefinitely.  We are hopeful the station will resume operations within a few months.  We apologize for the inconvenience of this data outage.

Maintenance and operations of the SELE station is a collaborative effort supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Scientific Station of OIVTRAN (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan) with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
