[IGSSTATION-5328] WTZR Change to the internal frequency

Ladies and Gentlemen

Because of undefinably effects,
my colleague Uwe Hessels switched the
Leica GRX1200+GNSS in the WTZR GNSS Permanent
Tracking Station in the Geodetical Observatory
Wettzell from the External Maser to the Internal
frequency, 2013-03-04, 21:30 UTC.

As soon as we are able to use the EPN on-line
sitelog submission, we will distribute the
Update of the WTZR Site Information Form
(sitelog) to the IGS CB and to the EPN CB.
