We could not transmit GMSD data (daily, hourly, full rate, and real time)
in the following period due to maintenance of power supply system of
facility.

Un-transmitted data :
from 2013/Feb/01(Feb) about UT 10:00
to 2013/Feb/03(Sun) about UT 23:59

The missing data is unrecoverable.
