[IGSSTATION-5260] WLSN: data published and receiver swapped

Dear Colleagues,

The USGS has downloaded and published data for the Mt. Wilson (WLSN) IGS station.  Data from May 1, 2012 until Jan 23, 2013 has been sent to the CDDIS and IGN data centers.  During the site visit to download data, the USGS also replaced the receiver.  Here are the details of the new receiver.

The USGS is working to restore automated downloads to this station.  Maintenance and operation of this station is performed by the USGS.
