[IGSSTATION-5194] BRAZ: Equipment change

A strong electrical discharge damaged NetR8 receiver from BRAZ station in 
nov 26.

Since DOY 332/2012(nov. 27) station BRAZ (Brasília) has new equipment. The 
old equipment TRIMBLE NETRS/TRM41249.00 is back to station.
Site log  was already updated and submitted to IGSCB and SIRGAS.
