[IGSSTATION-5097] BRAZ: Equipment change

Dear all

Since DOY 262/2012(18 sept.) station BRAZ (Brasília) has new equipment. 
The old equipment TRIMBLE NETRS/TRM41249.00 was changed by TRIMBLE NETR8/
TRM59800.00

Site log  was already updated and submitted to IGSCB and SIRGAS.
