[IGSSTATION-5192] AREV data gap

Dear Colleagues,

The Arequipa,Peru GPS station (AREV) recently went off line due to an IP change.
During the down time a short data gap occurred between the dates of 2012-11-25T21:30 to 2012-11-26T16:29.
We apologize for the inconvenience of data gap.

Maintenance and operations of the AREV station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and The Arequipa Tracking Station, with
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area -
Science Mission Directorate.
