[IGSSTATION-5191] AREQ data gap

Dear Colleagues,

The Arequipa,Peru GPS station (AREQ) recently went off line due to an IP change.
During the down time a short data gap occurred between the dates of 2012-11-25T21:45 and 2012-11-26T16:30.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the AREQ station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and The Arequipa Tracking Station, with
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area -
Science Mission Directorate.
