Hi Jeff,

Yes.  The IGS recognized a discontinuity for NOVM on 2012:099 due to
an unknown cause; see ftp://igs-rf.ign.fr/pub/discontinuities/soln.snx .
The latest event, if real, is much smaller.  There has been no updated
information from the station for more than 5 years.
