[IGSSTATION-5029] any change at NOVM ?

There were significant AC and combination residuals for NOVM for
week 1696 that caused rejections of this station in the SINEX
combination:

Meanwhile there was a shift in the TEQC MP1 and MP2 metrics at about
the end of this GPS week; see

Therefore I wonder if perhaps some unannounced equipment change
was made at this station?  The latest log file is from 2006-12-16.
