[IGSSTATION-5031] PRDS: Hardware Upgrades

Dear Colleagues,

Due to recent hardware issues and outdated hardware, we performed a station upgrade at PRDS at ~18:00ut on DOY 209.

An up-to-date station log has been sent to IGS.

The following upgrades were performed:

3.4 - 3.5  Removed AOA BENCHMARK ACT upgraded toTPS NET-G3A

4.6 - 4.7 Removed AOAD/M_T NONE upgraded to AOAD/M_T NONE

6.15 - 6.16 Removed Rubidium 8130A upgraded to Rubidium 8200

Data flow will resume shortly and data from DOY 210, 211, 212, 213 will be uploaded shortly.
