[IGSSTATION-4825] GMSD starts distributing QZS-1 observation data using RINEX ver2.12

Location: Nakatane town, Kagoshima, Japan
Agency:  Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency

We are pleased to start distributing QZS-1 observation
data (daily and hourly) using RINEX ver 2.12.
At present, QZS-1 observation data is available in GMSD data.
We hope this QZS-1 data will contribute the Multi GNSS activities,
and you will have an interest in QZS-1observation data.
