Dear Colleagues,
  Data flow for station ISBA has resumed a new antenna was installed in 
October and a site log has been submitted to the IGSCB. This station is 
owned and operated by the Iraq Ministry of Water Resources, General 
directorate for Survey, Precise Survey Division.
