[IGSSTATION-4619] BOR1 data flow resumed

 Dear Colleagues,

 The data from GNSS receiver at BOR1 are resumed since 11:15 UTC of DOY 
 287
 after server crash on DOY 275.
 The missung data files:
 daily: from BOR12750 to BOR12860  and
 hourly: from BOR1275J to BOR1287H have been submitted to BKG and OLG.

 Our apologies for any inconvenience this problem may cause.
