[IGSSTATION-4649] BAKE dataflow resumed

Dear Colleagues,

The network connection to NRCan station BAKE was restored on 11nov10.
It appears that this is a temporary fix and the network connection could
be lost again.  We are still in the process of trying to get a
technician to visit the site and permanently fix the network problem.  

All available daily 30 second files have been recovered from the site
and posted to the GDC's today.  Unfortunately, there is an unrecoverable
data gap between doys 223 and 244 (11aug11 to 11sep01).
