[IGSSTATION-4323] ALGO, CHUR, SCH2 network connection restored

Dear Colleagues,

The network connection to stations ALGO, CHUR, and SCH2 was restored around 21:45ut on 11apr01.  We'll still be required to transition to a new communications provider for these sites so another outage will occur at that time.
