[IGSSTATION-4622] NVSK doy 287 - replacements and gaps

Hello Igsstation,

Due DOY287 (14 October) we have a reglament works with NVSK antennas, from 07:30 to 10:00 UTC:

1. Old Microcentered L1\L2 antenna for Trimble 4700 - have a check of attach antenna to pillar (first time from 2003), was founded small occilation, about 2 coils by carving, fix it by twisting. 
Antenna and receiver is NOT changed or replaced.

2. Second antenna at our pillar - Novatel 600, from Sokkia Radian GEPOS 24, uninstalled and replaced by new, Zephyr Geodetic 2, with starting work with Trimble R7 GNSS receiver. Changes in IGSCB log will be later, after end of testing time for this new hardware set.

3. From DOY287 to DOY289 we have long gaps in meteo data, by power failure, and DOY290 - no record any useful data.
