[IGSSTATION-4621] GANP: receiver firmware upgrade

Subject: GANP receiver firmware upgrade

Dear colleagues,

Receiver firmware on EPN and IGS station GANP (Ganovce) was upgraded to the new version 4.43/3.60 on the 10th of October 2011. The new site log was uploaded to EPNCB and IGSCB as well. GANP daily RINEX data files from 11.10.2011 till now were also resubmitted with correct RINEX header to all data centers belonging to GANP delivering zone (BKGI, OLG, GOP, CDDIS), so there are no inconsistencies between sent site-log and station RINEX headers now.
