[IGSSTATION-4264] ZIM2 Firmware Version changed (4.14 -> 4.19)

Dear colleagues,

Today,  February 23, 2011 at 06:45 UT, we changed the firmware version of the TRIMBLE NETR5 from 4.14 to 4.19. An updated logfile was submitted to the central bureau.
