Dear Colleagues,

The Riobamba, Ecuador (RIOP) station is back online again.  All the data since 
February 10th has been published.  We apologize for the inconvenience of this 
outage.

Maintenance and operations of the RIOP station is supported by the Instituto
Geofisico in Quito.
