[IGSSTATION-4265] CUSV: data publication resuming

Dear Colleagues,

The Patumwan, Thailand (CUSV) IGS station is collecting data again after the 
failed download computer was replaced.  No data was collected from February 3rd 
(2011.034) until February 22nd at 18:15 UTC (2011.053).

We apologize for the inconvenience of this data outage

Maintenance and operations of the CUSV station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, Chulalongkorn University and the Delft University of 
Technology with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area 
- Science Mission Directorate.
