[IGSSTATION-4239] New receiver and antenna at MQZG (Christchurch, New Zealand)

IGS station MQZG (McQueens Valley, near Christchurch, New Zealand) was upgraded
to a Trimble NetR9 GNS+GLONASS receiver and Zephyr Geodetic II antenna at 23:48
UT on 09 Feb 2010.  An updated site log has been sent to the IGS.

We are occupying a temporary site close to MQZG before and after this exchange
to help calibrate any offset in the MQZG time series.  We will send a further
update to this list when these data are available.
