[IGSSTATION-4238] MATE problems

We are experiencing strange behaviour of MATE receiver. In the last 48 
hours, in the middle of the night % of acquired data fell to zero with no 
apparent reasons. After restarting the receiver, it returned to work 
properly.
During the last couple of weeks, the % of acquired data was not stable and 
in some periods around 80% (normally it should be 95% and up).
We sow some RFI on the site, but we do not know if it could be the cause of 
the problem or it is due to hardware failure of the receiver/antenna.

Please be adviced that, in the next days, it could be possibile that you see 
some interruption of MATE data flow. This is due to investigations necessary 
to try to fix the problem.
