[IGSSTATION-4206] network outage on ASI Local Data Centre (GeoDAF) - update

The ASI Local Data Centre in Italy (GeoDAF) is back on-line.
All stations referring to GeoDAF as LDC should resume their normal data flow 
procedures.
The network administrator told me that she needs to do some additional work, 
but this should not affect the machine working status. Anyway I will try to 
inform you in advance if some glitches are expected.
