[IGSSTATION-4205] LROC: Submission of the missing daily data files DOY 001, 007, 010, 011 and 013

Dear collegues,
Due to network failures, LROC permanent station daily data filesDOY 001, 
007, 010, 011 and 013were missing.
Data files were recovered manually and submitted to the BKG and OLG data 
centres .

We apologize for any inconveniences.
