[IGSSTATION-4207] KUUJ communication problem

Dear colleagues,

We have been experiencing communications problem with the our site KUUJ since Jan 22 (DOY 022) at about 00:59:30UT.
The radio-modem seems to be the problem. Our site contact is working at trying to improve the communication.
