[IGSSTATION-3817] ZECK Resubmission of the daily data files 162, 163 and 164

Ladies and Gentlemen

The daily data files DOY 162, 163 and 164 from the
ZECK GPS Permanent Tracking Station Zelenchukskaya,
Russia hat errors in the RINEX Headers (SNOW instead
of true NONE for the radome).

We corrected the RINEX Headers and put the daily data
files DOY 162, 163 and 164 into the queue for the next
transmission to the Data Center in the BKG Frankfurt.
