Dear Colleagues,

We did unfortunately have a power outage at the Poligan IVTAN 2, Bishkek 
Kyrghyzstan (POL2) station over the weekend.  No data was collection during the 
following times:

February 12th (2010.043) ~10:00 UTC - February 16th (2010.047) ~03:02 UTC

We apologize for the inconvenience these outages may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the POL2 station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Scientific Station of OIVTRAN (Bishkek, 
Kyrgyzstan) with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus 
Area - Science Mission Directorate.
