Dear Colleagues,

As previously announced in IGS Station Mail, 28 Oct 10:11:48 PDT 2004,
Message Number 221, the reference frequency standard was taken offline
and replaced.

>From Chuck:

   The maser reference 5MHz has returned to normal operation at 11:50
   EDT.  The Maser exchange went well all systems checked for normal
   operation.
