[IGSMAIL-8693] igs20_2415: Update including BDS PRN switches

Dear colleagues

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'IGS20_2415'. It contains the following changes:




  *   BeiDou PRN switches. According to IGS satellite meta data of GNSS satellites, release 2415 (files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata_2415.snx<https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata_2415.snx>). Therefore the entries have been adjusted according to following entries in the satellite metadata file:


    10-Apr-2026  C220 PRN change, C005 decommissioning
    16-Apr-2026  C221/C224/C229 PRN switches, C007/C008/C016 decommissioning
    17-Apr-2026  C017/C019/C230 PRN switches, C009/C010/C018 decommissioning
    18-Apr-2026  G082 plane added; C217/C223/C225/C226/C232/C234/C235 PRN
                 switches, C012/C015/C020/C101 decommissioning
    20-Apr-2026  C222/C231/C233 PRN switches, C006/C013 decommissioning





  *   3 new antenna calibrations:
HXCCSX600A      NONE (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH)
HXCGPS1000      NONE (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH)
SKFSTREAM4D     NONE (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH)
