[IGSMAIL-8702] igs20_2417: Update including new GPS BLOCK IIIA satellite

Dear colleagues

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'IGS20_2417'. It contains the following changes:




  *   New GPS BLOCK IIIA satellite G083 (G13) and decommission of BLOCK IIR-A satellite G043 (G13)  according to IGS satellite meta data of GNSS satellites, release 2416 (https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata_2416.snx):
      29-Apr-2026  G083 added, G043/G13 decommissioning

      As preliminary PCO values for G083 (G13) those of BLOCK III satellite G081 are used
      As preliminary PV values for G083 (G13) those of BLOCK III satellite G074 are used



  *   5 new antenna calibrations:
     CHCI85          NONE (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH)
     JAVPULSERONE_R  NONE (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH)
    JAVRINGANT_S    NONE (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH)
     JAVRINGANT_S    JVSR (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH)
    TRM259900.00    NONE (calibrated by Geo++ GmbH)
